Was Neji Right

Was Neji right all along when he fought Naruto back in the chunin exams and said that Destiny is predetermined by birth and that no one can escape it's grasp. It's really hard for me to decide on this matter and King of Lightning made some interesting points in this video of his which I'll post down below. What do you guys think was Neji right about destiny all along?

They were both right and wrong lol naruto wrong saying u can change destiny it was destined for him to be good and fight assume so he was wrong in his way and neji right bout destiny but wrong bout naruto it's like he knew what he become which is wrong tho

father...is a person's destiny a thing like a cloud flowing with an inescapable flow?or can a person choose the flow he wishes?I still dont know the answer to this.Either way the destination may be the same in the end,but by living like the latter a person can live and strive towards his goal
