Was Naruto expecting Minato?

In the manga, he didn't look surprised at all.....He just seemed a lot happier

Yeah that's how I felt too. Maybe with all the other jin inside him it made his sensing ability rise dramatically and he could sense him

If edo-Tobirama is sensing edo-Madara , Madara is sensing "fun" or the edo-kages .
Given the huge area of Naruto's sensing ability ( a little country ), before the fight with Obito , and the huge power-up he got during this fight , I'm not surprised if Naruto was sensing them from their rebirth.

minato hasnt yet seen naruto.
naruto and sakura are close to each other so difficult to tell which chakra is which
then minato mistakes sakura for being naruto, lets face it she is flat and only boys have forehead that big.!!
