Alright. It's chapter 63 if you need to know for next. Also Gaara in part 1 used shukaku's chakra while in part 3 he didn't have shukaku's chakra anymore making him have less than he did before. Part 1 gaara had a 4 stamina while part 3 had a 5. So by saying stamina=chakra is like saying gaara had more chakra than shukaku (a biju).

So that's another thing you can use too.

Obviously. The Gokage one on one had issues dealing with the weakest version of MS Sasuke besides Killer B fight and they were only able to force him into a position where Onoki could defeat him after he had fought Ay and then Mei right after.

Sasuke surpassed standard Kage Level when he awakened V3 Susanoo against Danzo. Anything higher is overkill.
