well Minato have counter for everything Itachi can offer and he is too fast for him.Also Itachi have yata mirror(totsuka is dodged easily also amaterasu)so itachi also has chance
But in the end I think Minato wins (due to fact he has FTG and a lot bigger Stamina).

the reason this matchup doesnt end is because we dont know exactly how it would go down....there are scenarios where itachi wins and there are scenarios where minato wins....obviously minato fans will choose the scenario where minato wins as the most logical and itachi fans will choose the opposite
