Was Minato a perv?

we all know that Minato is a calm guy on chill pills, but was he a perv?
His sensei (Jiraiya) was the mother of all pervs and he was a role model for little Minato, so he hade a big influence on him.
and Sarutobi was Jiraiya`s sensei and he also was a perv, and same thing for Kakashi, Naruto and Konohamaru.

I know what you all are thinking, he´s crazy, how could he call sweat Minato a perv.
But the facts and the evidence point at the same word......... PERV.

Evidence 1
Kakashi is a perv because he reads his dirty book.
And also he hade Minato as his sensei and he was a role model for Kakashi.

Evidence 2
thers a chain of pervs.
Sarutobi was sensei to Jiraiya, Jiraiya to Minato, Minato to Kakashi, Kakashi to Naruto and naruto to Konahamaru.
So it´s hard to say that Minato wasn´t influenced or was a small perv,

Evidecne 3
We havent seen so much from Minato, and when we saw him he was fighting and he didn´t have time do foul around.
So thers a big chance that he was a perv.
