It's just a one-shot. Basically if the fans react very well to the concept then it gets the ok to get serialized when Naruto is completed. Well, he'll probably get the OK to do the series anyways, but I think he's doing this to gauge the fans reaction and see what needs to change.

So this is a stand-alone story. Mario is dead, Saori is alive and seems to have fallen for him. But it is so freaking sad that this Saori girl is more of a heroine than Sakura. Her concept is already better, freaking kishi.
