Was Madara nerfed/restricted

I think he was Nerfed against just about anyone he fought in Edo Tensei state.

He was shown "lazy" because If Madara and Obito both fought GG alliance.

When He went all out he owned Sasuke, Naruto, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, Gai, 5 kages.

He was a God but sadly he was nerfed and restricted :c
