My thoughts are besides Orochimaru's deception by killing the 4th Kazekage and blaming it on Konoha, The resentment of Gaara, Sunagakure is good and allies of Konoha. No way in hell Ay would pull a Hiruzen and let shit happen behind his back. Oonoki seems to have his shit in order, that's the village i know the least about however
