Was Kishi's original plan?

Do you think Kishi's original plan was to have Tobi being really Madara and then for some reason he changed his mind and brought Edo Madara? Or was his plan to have Tobi as a phony all along?

Yeah, Oro's death seem a little bit rushed and "easy", after all that build up around him...

He's changing plans to suit consumer demands. I don't think Kisame surviving the A and B attack was planned. I don't think there was any Dragon Sage technique in the plans as well. I don't think Edo Madara was supposed to have Harashima's dna and stuff......... Kishi had no plans at all..lol

No way can he go week by week, we would have noticed. I think overall he plans it out in his head but changes things. With tobi i dont think kishi planned to make him madara from the beginning.

Yeah. Zetsu still called the masked man Tobi, and kept his mask on while having no problem showing Madara's face, the fact that Tobi had zetsu arms, and the 6th coffin. He had this planned for a while.
