Was Kishimoto aware of when The Last was being advertised?

We saw that both Naruto and Sasuke's were still alive, which was a massive spoiled and killed most of the tension of their fight. If Kishimoto knew of this, do you think it could've affected how he treated the remaining chapters?

He must have. One of the reasons to " must finish the manga" on the predeclared date even if one has to rush the story somewhat or even release two issues on the same day.

I have a question. So when The Last began being advertised we saw that Naruto had a bandaged arm. But originally Kishimoto planned for them not to lose their arms. So had Kishimoto finished the manga already by the time The Last was being advertised?
