As awesome as it would be, I don't see her getting it. I do forsee a power up though certainly and I think it'll be one pertaining to either sage mode or something with genjutsu considering the situation and the fact Kishi has mentioned her affinity for it.

Now the similarity you pointed out is great, I didn't ever notice/think about that so it could be foreshadowing something but I don't know exactly what. I know something cool is about to happen with her though! Hopefully at least. She's very useful but does need something else to set her apart from Tsunade and give her some equal ness to her teammates....oh and I still hope to see her ***** slap Sauce.

Its logically and literally impossible for Sakura to get the rinnegan, if you have actually read the manga or watched the anime, you should know how one gets the rinnegan.
