Was Kakashi Hallucinating?

When Kakashi died in the Invasion of Pain arc was he hallucinating when he saw Obito, Rin, Sakumo, and Minato's ghost/specter/things?

Probably, yeah. I mean, Obito was still alive, and all the rest were dead, so...Then again, it might have been a sort of flashback thing.
