That's your own view, where is your proof?(she never called out the name of the technique, nor was it mentioned in the DB) Kakashi said she could change every aspect of the dimension like genjutsu. Inorganic transmigration only works on inorganic things with quantifiable mass or form, it doesn't apply to forces like gravity.

Kaguya can control all aspects, matter, energy and forces. This is clearly not inorganic transmigration but rather weak reality manipulation

I got the idea they were all different planets, a planet with a surface of mainly stone and lava, a frozen planet, a planet with strange metal geography and high gravity, a planet in the center of the universe named the "genesis dimension" because it's where everything came from. The last one is definitely stretching it though.

But maybe the ice block she transported Naruto and Sasuke into was made from frozen moisture in the air rather than spawned from nothing, and she couldn't do the same trick with lava or acid because she'd need to actually be in the dimension and lift up the substance through her abilities which would take more time.

It wasn't. Kakashi at first thought she could rewrite the world like genjutsu but that was proven wrong (He didn't know she can switch dimensions).When naruto was getting attacked by the ice he said "she's one with nature". Perhaps she uses nature to manipulate these elements? Idk
