Was Kabuto stronger or equal to Kakashi in part 1? And was Kabuto going to kill Oro?

Ever since Kabuto fist came thought he was an English muffin. But now I see he was pretty powerful when facing againest the 5th Hokage. I saw some scenes where they say Kabuto was equal or about the same level as Kakashi and thus can't defeat Orochimaru like he expect him too. And another thing that made me wonder. Was Kabuto out to get Orochimaru? You saw those eyes and his attempt to kill Sasuke. I don't know about you but he was pretty freaky. Well what you guys think?

Obviously Kabuto will always be stronger than that fodder.

Could yuou be troll somewhere else like maybe on a pornsite or something? But to answer the question. I think he could maybe keep up with kakashi but not for a long time. The only reason he would last for a while is because of his medical jutsu and how he can affect others peoples bodily systems.

Yeah I'm sure they released from that years before that. Orochimaru is not a fool. But I don't think it was that. The face...

I'd say Kakashi was stronger but Kabuto was still at Kakashi's level, a high jonin.

kabuto was and always will be stronger than kakashi. comeon he even fooled kakashi in part 1 at the hospital making kakashi train more, even kakashi acknowledged him.........hell he even went toe to toe with tsunade and almost won if it wasn't for plot no jutsu he would have won.

Kabuto was equal to 3t Kakashi. Harry Potter only beat Tsunade because she was rusty,out of shape and scared of blood.
MS Kakashi was>Kabuto until Kabuto gained Oro's DNA.

Kabuto was said to be on Kakashi's level. And no, he had found his home with him instead of a life of mount between countries as a spy
