Maybe he could take out all the akatsuki by himself 1 on 1 but not all at the same time (not sure if you meant 1 on 1 or at the same time).

If he started doing it 1 on 1, than they would notice once he starts killing I think, so they would team up before he can take out all of them 1 on 1.

He couldnt kill Kabuto, because than he would never be released himself and Itachi didnt want to stay Edo forever.

With all due respect i suggest you stop smoking weed. Itachi cannot defeat Nagato or 6 Pains unless he gets a Perfect Susanoo.

Based on what? He easily defeats Nagato due to him being immobile. He takes 6pop mid diff, Shinra Tensei is the only real concern, once he figures out the 5 second window he defeats him.

kabuto was countering everything itachi had. izanami was his only hope.

Not to mention Totsuka and Yata practically make Itachi invincible.
