Now this is one thing that's not clear even today Shisui was stronger when he was alive but we don't know if he was stronger than adult itachi.What do you think about it

Shisui will always be stronger if he has kotoamatsukami on deck. If not, he gets pulverized. I do recall Shisui struggling against a few fodders and having to resort to his MS, but I may just be remembering some filler episode.

Kotoamatsukami is overrated. Tsukuyomi was confirmed to be the strongest genjutsu in the Manga. Overall Itachi is better except for maybe stamina and shunshin speed.

Lmao. You've misread the manga buddy, Tobi only pretended to be Madara because Madara was well respected and equally feared name. Nobody would have a gave a rats ass if he introduced himself as Tobi or Obito.

He pledged allegiance to Godruzen over danzo, the only reason he put up with danzo and the anbu nonsense was because old man 3rd cosigned that shit, and he just wanted to do good by the leaf... and after he left the village he told danzo straight up that if he even looked at sasuke the wrong way he would pop up and bitch slap him into next week.

Well you're clearly short of insight if you think a mere 3T is breaking an MS jutsu known to be the strongest genjutsu to date and most prized among the Uchiha clan and a jutsu fitting only for the strongest of people in the Narutoverse.
Zetsu even thought breaking it was impossible. He made up an explanation because he was shocked how he broke it and he had no intel about Itachi's lack of killing intent-the explanation didn't even make a shred of sense btw. Even after presenting said explanation he went on to hail it as the strongest genjutsu.
Whereas Koto's best feat is getting raped by Mifune who is leagues behind Itachi in every aspect of combat.

You can give me an entire index of names of characters dick-sucking Tsukuyomi (and include your name while you're at it) and it wouldn't change the fact that a 3T Sasuke broke it. That shit is total ass, just like amaterasu. "Said to be as hot as the sun". Lol, yeah right. If that was the case Naruto and his squad would have been incarcerated from miles away. Not to mention it's been lol-diffed by multitudes of people. Fact is, most MS techniques outside of Koto, Susano and Kakashi's & Obito's Kamuis are ass, whether you like it or not.
itachi let sasuke win...and since itachi is expert of genjutsu and more talented and skilled then sasuke...then sasuke could easily fell victim to itachi's tsukoyomi, if he didn't fake his fight with sasuke..
