Na, Genin promotion Kakashi was 5, Obito 9 that's four years difference, So Obito was 4 years older. Part 2 Obito is 35 - Itachi part 2 - 21 (35-21 = 14) Obito was approx 14 when Itachi was born so he was "dead" or soon to be.
