Depends. If Itachi was really 11 years old when he fought Orochimaru, then he can at least handle one of the Sannin.

The only incarnation of Itachi I can see handling all of the Sannin at once is Healthy Itachi which is the state that Edo Itachi was (excluding the Edo Tensei advantages).

It still stand when there is nothin else to add. Since the manga has ended and no where fight between them occured, mean they both still scare to vs Jiraiya and admitted that they are inferior.

Whenever you can pull out their fight event showing that Jiraiya lost to these two within 700 chapters then come again. Otherwise get lost
