What rape are you talking about? I saw Madara playing with Hashi the whole time. The fact that he restrained Hashi with infinite chakra while not having eyes like he's a kid shows he could've overwhelmed him at any moment of his choosing. You forget he was in contact with BZ the whole time and knew everything that was happening.
