I believe Jiraiya was the strongest till his death. Tsunade is hard to kill b/c of her strength and healing. Orochimaru is smart and has several ways of coming back. Will Orochi ever die?

The genius title means little when compared to the try hardworkers as seen time and time again throughout the generations in the manga.

I think Jiraiya is the strongest of the three, Orochimaru is nigh-immortal, genius and all that but Jiraiya is experienced as hell in his abilities and they were enough to get close to taking out a Rinnegan-user without intel...

Y'know you can get people to do shit in genjutsu, right? And Oro was shown to be possibly the worst kage lvl shinobi to deal with it. Frog Song trumped a rinnegan user. Hell. You can un-do ET by giving closure. Also Jiraiya is all about dem restrction jutsu XD

To my knowledge ET aren't immune to genjutsu. Barrier: Toad Gourd Prison should even do it btw.
