Was it good that Minato and Kakashi were motivated by Naruto?

And by good I mean, should it have been done through Naruto or should they have motivated themselves? There've been quite a few complaints as to how Minato, a Hokage had to listen to Obito.

Why not? Naruto has had that power,as Tsunade has said Theirs something about Naruto that makes you want to place your beats on Him. Naruto Himself was inspired by Hinata. After Neji death and Naruto's depression She inspire Him to get back in the fight.
