All we know it was a sealing jutsu Hashirama created to seal Madara because he was using his power, guess Hashirama is the best for a reason creating jutsu that seals his own abilities because obviously he figured someone would steal them which they did haha.

It's Nisekoi. It's a Shonen harem series, really ****ing funny. The anime is currently greenlit for Season 2 and the manga comes out every week.

This, like many things, will be left unexplained. Like Yamato being encased by spiral zetsu, what happened after that? Orochimaru has a body composed completely of Hashirama's cells but that's not totally scary (let's not forget that he's now the only living being capable of using Edo Tensei since Kabuto no longer has his chakra to fuel it). Everyone is still locked in the Infinite Tsukuyomi but who cares? Tsunade should probably be on her deathbed right about now from overusing her Byakugou but no one's ever gonna revisit that. Apparently Juugo just left Anko in a forest, completely unconscious, somewhere between Kabuto's cave and Konoha. I could go on but I think my point has been made.
