i knew that kishimoto isn't so good when it comes to write a character really fast (like his personality , reasons to be a villain , etc , all that superficial stuff)

well, you cant just create a character at the end of the series, if he did that the manga is definitely to be ruined. he must have planned it years ago but the character itself is badly portrayed.

I'm sure things will change.There must be a reason to why she deosn't talk.Even without talking She's still better than Hidan and Kakazu who we had 1 arc with ofcourse excluding Kakazu's fodder presence during the early part of the War.

Kaguya nd Possibly Sasuke

You see the switch of main villains happend alot in the series

years ago ?!!! let me tell you that : Hamura , Kaguya , 4Edo Hokages weren't in his plans .. he wanted to last his manga a bit more and he develop all of them .... he was planning to make a Naruto vs Sasuke fight .. now he is trying to make them like Hagoromo & Hamura .. united fighting together .. that's why he invented Hamura . he is trying to save sasuke from a battle that obviously he would lose .
