Was Darui inspired from Melanesians

The Naruto community always identifies the hidden cloud as "black" (which they are in as far as integumentary physical characteristics go), but what's interesting is that they might have meant to be 100% Asian just like Melanesians in real life. The Japanese and Asians of the sinosphere are closely related to these isolated populations and furthest away from Africans. Although the Cloud shinobi do mimic African American culture (Killer B), I think they are physically black Asian!
Here are these peoples in real life:

Check it out, they have naturally blonde hair like most of the black Cloud Shinobi in Naruto and even straighter blondish hair with no admixture from Europeans:

People think their hair is out of the ordinary like any other manga hair style/color, but it may be an intentional reference to a real life population!

Interesting, they could be. Since these peoples have inhabited Asia and Oceania and the Solomon Islands for a long time. It could be since they are genetically Asian but look African (with different hair of course).

I think they may have been based on Melanesians haha and blonde hair is normal for them. But Idk about Karui though. She takes a whole new form of ratchet lol.

The cloud shinobi is what made me really admire Kishi, he really did a good job in applying different aspects of human culture to NV whilst staying true to his Asian roots
