easily, not even a contest unless naruto uses kuramas chakra. only one in k11 faster than him back then was gated lee.

Lol he was the fastest in the K11 next to lee at the time dude. He was WAY faster, Naruto didnt really become a speedster until he learned to control Kuruma chakra and accepting the fact that he was a jin.

Sasuke has ALWAYS been faster from part one to now narutos speed was only amped after kyubi chakara mode which was the start of the war thats the end of the series when naruto got any speed even close to sasuke at base bm naruto evened things out but it was shown in the battle with juubito that they both could keep up with his movements and strike him at the exact same time implying their speed was on an equal level after the sage power up however
Sasuke was amped up again and even gained ameno which was proven to be a more effective means than even minatos ftg in a fight against high level oppenents madara proved this when he stomped minato and was stabbed through the heart then bisected by sasuke
When kaguya began to swell sasukes ameno placed him behind her before narutos shushin got him in front of her he covered more distance and he did it faster
In the bourto movie in the final fight naruto and sasuke blitz momo but sasuke connects first some say that this was planned but thats not proven and is grasping at straws at this point
With wut i have said their is absolutely no evidence naruto is faster than sasuke teleportation > anything else instant> anything else in an earlier databook hebi sasuke was quoted to have godspeed naruto has never recieved a speed praise close to this neither has anyone else in this manga lee busted his ass to achieve his speeed after years and years of guys cruel and unusual training sasuke pulled the same speed in a month and whats even more impressive he surpasses that in part 2 and had guys like deidara crying about his speed deidara who just rekt garra btw
Bottom line sasuke and naruto have very similar footspeed and shushin naruto has better reflexes because of sage mode sasuke has better foresight and precog because of sharigan however ameno makes sasuke faster of the too naruto cant instantly go anywhere sasuke can its that simple
