[Question] Was Bartolomeo really at Loguetown

I mean in the manga or anime has anyone been able to go back to those chapters or episodes and seen him drawn back then? That'd be awesome if he really was drawn there in the crowd even back then. I looked but I couldn't notice any distinct match but someone with better eyes might.

Never saw Barto but you could see a guy in the crowd(low quality) with a top hat and aristocratic clothing during Luffy's execution by Buggy....Sabo?
