[Discussion] Was anyone disappointed in Sabo's overall design?

Sabo's design at first disgruntled me, because it wasn't how I pictured him older. To me, his looks seem to have Ace's hair with Luffy's face with a scar, and some cool duds. Now I'm okay with it but it took some time becoming adjust to accepting. Anyone else feel/felt this way seeing his reveal?

Luffy looks the exact same as a kid.
Ussop Looks the same and there are more Shonen usually dont change characters features except Franky but his hair and characters gives it away.

Dont tell me your shocked Sabo was alive he gave hints about Sabo being with Dragon when Dragon said he rescued or something and arrived at Zoro village talking to his sensei i forgot the scan

Not at all. His looks aren't too far off from how I imagined it, except I didn't expect him to have a scar over his left eye. To be honest, I really like his design, even though it doesn't really stand out much. I guess his hat does it for me.

Not necessarily disappointed, but I had a real gripe with his hair. Just not one of my favorite hairstyles.

Everything else is pretty good, but the hair takes away major cool points.

I thought/think it's bad ass. His reveal was surrounded by him doing a bunch of bad ass stuff so...
I was really hoping they didn't give him that stupid tooth thing again, I wouldn't have been as inclined to liking him if he still had that >___>

I actually like his design. exceeded my expectations. not too over the top, not too lackluster.

Nah, i like it. Although it's a bit odd that Sabo has like the EXACT same face as Luffy and his hair is similar to Ace's. It seems like Oda just mixed Luffy and Ace then added some blonde in it. Also, i didn't expect him to have so much clothes on. I mean when Oda drew Sabo as an adult all he had was shorts, hat and a cool jacket. Right now, it looks like Sabo is expecting winter...and he's in Dressrosa.

Ohh, i also didn't expect him to have long hair.

He design looks a little kiddish but it's pretty damn good. I'm glad he kept the glasses and the hat.
