I think it all started with the NaruSaku arc. In other words the first 50 eps of Shippudden. I don't know their interactions seemed so Natural to me and not forced at all. Hinata always being flustered around Naruto ( Although it is undestandable I mean she loves the guy.) And Sakura (Part 2) Being, different around Sasuke. I started re watching Naruto Season 1. If anything I would actually be all for SS if Sasuke would just be the same guy from Part 1. He has changed so much since then.

I always like the typical headstrong, to afraid to show emotion but actually care girl. It's just part of my opinion.

For example. Clannad, I shipped the MC with Ryouk. Code Geass I shipped, (can't remember her name but she was the Ace Pilot of the knights and a school mate of lelouche.) Bleach I ship Ichigo and Rukkia

Shaz why do you ship NH ?

I like NaruHina because of the way I have interpreted both of these two's character. Naruto as a character has grown into a very fine shonobi. He is on the verge of being a Hokage someday. He went from a dude who was looked down upon by the village, to a guy who is saving the whole shonobi world from extinction. Hinata to me is a very admirable character, with the way she changed throughout the series. She went from a shy being, to a strong women who is not afraid to die for her lover. The way she stood up to Pein for Naruto is something that would take a lot of guts to do. If there is anyone out there that loves Naruto immensely. It would either be his mother or his lover Hinata herself.

I also love the chemistry between these two characters. In the war arc when Naruto was down by the loss of Neji. Hinata was there to guide him to the right path. Hinata understood what Neji wanted to say and she motivated Naruto with her words. Instead of slapping him or hitting him for opening his eyes. She gave a gentle tap to the face and told him how the war should be won. That moment for me was a very huge turning point for the war. It also defined to me how this relationship between the two will go. Hinata will use gentler ways of telling Naruto what to do. Without being aggressive with him. I feel this is the type of approach Naruto needs. Since he is not a kid anymore, who needs a parent to smack him into place. And plus if he wants to be Hokage someday, he must also learn to be the leader of the house. I think Hinata would give him that freedom if they were together. Which is why I think this pairing will work.
