Hello all. I was talking to someone about chakra and what not. While chakra consumption and limited jutsu use through the entire event might slightly level the playing field (in regards to hax customs abilities). It would also probably result in people trying to hold back and might dull some fights. How do you guys feel about having everything reset after every battle since their are a lot of people who signed up? I really don't care as I want to face them full power but not everyone thinks like me. So...thoughts on this??? (ultimately this question aimed at new gen. #Lokiyoucaptainfam

To make it real, I think chakra should count. Except ofcourse you have means like MU said.
