If you want it like the NW wars, then it should only replenish if you have jutsus that can do it (chakra absorption, allies, slug summoning, sakura/kisame bios, etc). It'd probably hurt us more than the new gen, since i have a lot of jutsu that drain a lot of chakra and so do others lol.
