He smirked at her response as he closed his eyes and began to stretch his neck to the left and right as he warmed up for the match so nonchalantly. After stretching the arms and legs, taking his time when doing it all he returned to his upright position while gazing into the Uchiha's eyes with a passion, a passion that was easily overcome by his pervy desires as his gaze shifted to the woman's chest. He chuckled and closed his eyes again as a slight trail of blood ran down from one of his nostrils.

Suddenly a wave of water erupts from a location just outside of short range at a position to her back left before cascading into a large wave that attempts to sweep the woman and everything within short range of her off in a direction to her right but at a angle. If she was in a square the wave would enter from the back left corner and sweep through the front right one as it continues to traverse. As this happens Kagura begins to jog to his right while keeping his sights on various parts of the Uchiha's body, but her head was not one of them, and he continues his onslaught by creating 4 mini tornadoes 5m away from the woman all at different locations yet they would all penetrate her simultaneously. The wind projectiles would come from above, in front, behind, and from the woman's right side all aiming at various parts of her body with the intent to maim such a beautiful canvas, but this was the type of art Kagura was into. As he creates the tornadoes he would simultaneously take out a pre made tag and throw it on the ground as he continued his jog to his right timing it so as the tornadoes begin to traverse he could wave the confrontation hand seal erecting a special tracking barrier over the entire battlefield. Once mid.range from the position he began jogging from he would stop to face his entire body towards the Uchiha while remaining to avoid eye contact at any means.

Descripton: This technique allows the user after claping their hands together to make a spiralling vortex of water to form around them out of nowhere in a vortex like manner. The vortex then proceeds to cascade into an wave of water that rampages towards the intended target or all around. The size and power of the technique is dictated by the amount of chakra put into the technique, varying from C-rank to B-Rank.

Description: Taifū no me is a simple technique that revolves around the user manipulating a small area of the air of around them by focusing on a single point. The user uses their wind chakra to cause a swift build up of air currents that forms a mini 4 inch horizontal tornado. What makes this technique dangerous is the properties and destruction this horizontal projectile caries. The user creating this technique by focusing on an area within the air, the forming of the projectile is rather quick taking less than a few seconds to form before it shoots forwards at a swift pace that is quite similar to the pace of an extending chidori spear. Upon contact the horizontal mini tornado drills into the target, reaching a depth of 4 inches affecting a 2 inch diameter, delivering numerous rapid slashes within the diameter of penetration before the concentrated air currents releases their bond separating in various directions causing even more damage as the tornado explodes outwards as a cluster of sharp air currents that expands 6 and a half feet (2m) from the epicenter of the technique. The jutsu will drill into its target, ripping up the skin, underlying tissue, muscle, etc., before amplifying the damage done upon the jutsu by exploding. Multiple mini tornadoes can be created back to back, adding up to a total of 6 tornadoes all amounting to A rank, but their exploding diameter is reduced to 1.6 feet (0.5m) field. Like most wind techniques Eye of the Storm tornadoes are intangible and translucent with a slight greenish hue making them very hard to catch with normal eyes. This is considered an assassin type technique due to the fact that the signs of this jutsu is very easy to miss and it travels at a swift speed. When this technique travels it makes a whistling sound that can only be heard within 13 feet (4m) of their target, and the technique needs to be made at least 16.4 feet (5m) away from the target in order to allow the jutsu to build enough rotation speed in order for its effects to take place.

Description: This is a detection type barrier which is simply a more advanced version of the (Kekkai: Tengai Hojin) - Barrier: Dome Method Formation technique and that can be used to surround an area and allows the user to monitor a certain area covering from the sky to underneath the ground creating a sphere. The user will create a tag with the 許可 (Kyoka) Kanji and place it on the ground, doing the confrontation hand seal afterwards to activate it. After the barrier is erected, the user, if inside it, will be able to detect any enemy inside it, even if he hiding his presence. After that, anyone who enters or leaves the barrier is instantly detected as well as anything that moves inside it. Techniques that mask the users presence are ineffective at avoiding detection as the barrier focuses on movement and displacement of matter, not solely on chakra detection. The barrier can also be moved according to the requirements of the user by moving the tag.
Note: Can only be used twice.

You used both of those techniques wrong, for the same reason. They are created short range around you, not around your opponent. Their stated range is for their area of affect after you materialize them, not for their point of origin. But I'll go by what you wrote.




As she sees the great mass of water materialize over her shoulder, she a single handseal, and, as the water licks her skin, giving it a soft and sensual glow, it is repelled, 5 meters all around her. I don't know if you used a a C rank or a B rank version, but, regardless, If you decide to perform the tornadoes the shield would still overpower them and destabilize them.

Description:
The user does one simple hand seal (Ram) and releases a burst of chakra all around his body. By doing so the user forcefully rejects all water molecules around him up to short range by pushing them away with his chakra. As the moisture in the air and all around the user is pushed away from him in an omnidirectional burst, a thin but strong sphere of moisture/water is formed at the limits of the technique (roughly short-range around the user). This technique serves as a defense from incoming water techniques (by forcefully pushing them away and around the user) and fire techniques (by creating the thin spherical "bubble" of water around the user). The technique is so fast and precise that if an enemy is caught within its range, he's pushed back also, as the chakra is able to repel even the water in the enemies body. While the damage isn't that severe, its still powerful enough to knock the enemy backwards several meters. The user can maintain this repulsion effect by continuously feeding it with chakra although doing so restricts the chakra available for other techniques.

Right after making the handseal, 4 black spore clouds spout from her back and shoot into the air, forming 4 mushroom clones that jump over the water shield towards you, at great speed. They split in two teams, one going through the left and the other through the right, to prevent you from going around Isabella, while, at the same time, they would attack you.

Description: The user releases a mist of black spores, which, upon contact or when desired, will grow into dark fungus, with the exact same characteristics as the Main Release fungus, but differing in color. As soon as it is released, the mist will aggregate into clones, the size of the mist being proportional to the amount of clones created. The clones, although tangible and similar to the user in shape, are simply an aggregation of spores, and as such may not use any techniques apart from Mushroom Jutsus. But they are light and fast, and can desegregate, assuming an hybrid mist/clone form. The mist will shift is such way that it will seem like a swarm of flies, despite not being able to spread much more that 1 meter from the originating clone.
*Can use every Mushroom Technique but they loose 1 rank in strength, likewise, the weakened Fields of Wonderland only count as 1 jutsu.
*Like any clone technique, this jutsu creates up to 4 clones*

The first one would be from the right team, and would go close to you before throwing her right foot up, kicking you in the chin and tossing you in the air, while one of the left team would jump and slam you back into the ground.
