Spectra with his Mandalore armor and helmet on noticed an Uchiha walking towards him while still scanning through the terrain and yell some words at him. Spectra in response simply adjusts himself and then says gently Interesting, this is the first time I would be meeting you personally Uchiha Obito but Im sure it would be the last when I lay waste to your dead body after this battle he then quickly activate his helmets sensoring ability in order to be on equal grounds with the Uchiha before him.

-Chakra Sensing: The Mandalorian armor's helmet contains special chakra receptors that allow the user to gain spacial awareness of nearby chakra. This acts as a sort of rudimentary chakra sensing. The user cannot differentiate between different individuals chakra or elements and even assessing chakra levels is very difficult (chakra sensing drains 5 residual chakra points from the user per turn and its activation counts as a move). However, this basic chakra sensing is secondary to the main ability given by the chakra receptors in the helmet which is to monitor the users own chakra flow. The armor can alert the user about any alteration to the chakra flow through visual, auditory or tactile stimulus throughout his body. If the user so wishes, the user can release himself from the genjutsu with a sort of kai but without a hand seal, disrupting the chakra flow by having the armor "jolt" his own chakra flow (30 chakra cost, works on illusions up to A-Rank, usable once every 3 turns, counts as a move).
Body Armor

Spectra then says Well then, lets get this show on the road. as he quickly waves the ram handseal and creates 5 human sized fireballs 15 centimetres away from all over Obito's body(1 to obito's left, 1 to his right, 1 to his front, 1 to his back and the last one on top of him) which immediately rushes in and burn Obito in the center. Not waiting to see Obito's counter, Spectra continued with the offense by quickly making the required handseals and slam his palm on the ground to channel his doton chakra into the ground and as his doton chakra reached Obito location, Spectra would use the doton chakra to make a huge jaw of earth, twice the size of Obito come out of the ground and slam in on Obito to crush and stab him if not stopped, Spectra then hums and takes his battle stance while looking at the outcome of the attack and at the terrain.

the target's right and the last to the target's left) that later rush in to burn the target in the middle at the user's command.
Note
- The circle does not have any space, it is filled with fire.
- Can only be taught by shonnen.
- Can only be done thrice in a battle.
- The jutsu lasts for one round.

(Doton: Musaborudzuchi) – Earth Release: Devouring Earth

Description: The user performs the Ram → Horse → Tiger → Rabbit → Snake and slams their palm on the ground. Instantly, the ground to the sides of the opponent take the shape of huge jaws and attempt to crush and stab him between them. The size of the jaws can be adjusted to fit the size of the opponent or other uses.

As Tobi feels the heat of the fireballs and sees them forming, being so close to his body, he wastes no time and immediately channels his Doton chakra throughout his body, creating a powerful armor of earth all around him, including his face. Due to the neutral status of earth and fire, and the equal ranking, the two techniques would simply neutralize each other, with the earth armor causing the flames to burn out and the flames causing the earth armor to fall off, leaving Tobi unharmed. He begins to feel the ground underneath him shaking as Spectra forms his handseals for his second technique. Keeping to his Doton usage, Tobi releases his Doton chakra to the ground beneath him and forms a wave of earth that lifts him through the air towards Spectra and away from the jaws immediately after Tobi sees the ground to this sides raising up and towards him. Due to Spectra's chakra being to the sides of Tobi rather than beneath him, his chakra does not clash with Spectra's as he forms the earth wave beneath him. Tobi stays on the wave just long enough to be cleared from the jaws' range. Once he is, he jumps to his side, and allows the wave to continue moving towards Spectra. Should Spectra not counter the wave, it would slam into his body with tremendous force and greatly damage him internally.

Description: This Technique coats the users body with stones, making them much more resistant to attacks, at the cost of their speed. Whilst using this technique, the user can even change their appearance, but once the technique is either defeated or worn off the users original appearance is shown. The user whilst in this armor is resistant to B rank ninjutsu techniques but is vulnerable to Lightning Techniques.

(Doton: Doryūha) - Earth Release: Earth Flow Wave

Description: After performing the required hand seal sequence Rat → Snake → Tiger the user creates and rides a wave of earth that can branch of to attack from a distance. The user can also use the technique to manipulate the terrain and trap the target by wrapping earth round their legs preventing them from moving

As Spectra notices Obito jump off the wave of earth, Spectra quickly plants his feet in the ground and then channels his Raiton chakra into both his hands to cover then with chidori. He then points his hands at the approaching earth flow to release a large blast of lightning from his hands that rips through the earth wave and still continues towards Obito Spectra then speaks Oh, I haven't even introduced myself. I am Spectra Phantom the golden jewel of the Mandalore clan, too bad that will be the last thing you will hear before your demise.(talking is not a part of time frame) and as the lightning blast shatters the mud flow, before it continues towards Obito, Spectra quickly made one handseal and makes the solid earth under Obito spiral inwards with a radius of 5 metres, covering and pulling everything and everyone within short range around Obito towards the centre, sucking Obito in and suffocating Obito in the ground as the lightning blast hits him.

(Raiton: Chidori Raimei) - Lightning Style: 1000 Birds Thunderstorm

Description: The user performs the Ram hand seal and causes causes the ground and everything on and around it to be sucked in towards the middle of a large pit, much like the method an antlion uses to catch prey. Upon being dragged to the centre, the victim will then be sucked underground. There the victim, depending on how deep the user makes them sink, will be trapped and/or suffocated. The range of the pit is determined by how much chakra is put into the technique.

As Tobi descends to the ground, he sees Spectra channel a massive amount of chakra through his body and into his hand. Tobi's eye narrows, and he immediately begins channeling his own chakra. As he sees the Chidori form around Spectra's hand, Tobi forms the Ram handseal and creates five, large tornadoes in front of him. He sends the tornadoes forward towards Spectra as the lightning approaches him. The wind overpowers the lightning, neutralizing it and continuing forward one rank lower. Should Spectra continue with the Antlion technique, the wind would kill him. As Spectra deals with the incoming wind, Tobi creates a single Shadow Clone to his left.

Description: The Kage Bunshin distributes the ninja's chakra evenly among the clones and creates a real copy with form and substance. The clone itself can also utilize any jutsu the original ninja knows. When the clone finally disperses, any new knowledge it has gained is passed back to the original ninja and any additional clones. Upon impact, the clone can be dispersed.

As Spectra noticed the incoming tornadoes of wind with less power and force, Spectra stopped his former plan and nods and says Not even that can take me down as he quickly makes one handseal(speciality) and exhales a wide and massive stream of intense flames from his mouth in the direction of the tornadoes that succesfully consume the tornadoes and continue towards Obito. Should Obito continue and make the shadow clone, the stream will burn both Obito and the clone. After the attack, should Obito somehow survive, Spectra would immediately throw down a flash tag behind him to explode into a bright light that instantly blinds Obito temporarily and utilizing this opportunity, Spectra would continue the assault by placing Obito in an illusion where snakes appear from beneath Obito and curl around Obito to instantly crush Obito in the illusion while in reality, Spectra would tag 5 kunais with paperbombs and throw them at Obito in such a way that one is aimed at his right shoulder joint, one aimed at his left shoulder joint, one aimed at his head, one aimed 2 metres above his head and the last one aimed between his legs such that all the paper bombs will detonate at the same time which is when they get one metre away from Obito to create an explosion that instantly knocks out Obito and make him go unconscious.

Description: A technique where chakra kneaded inside the body is converted into fire, and then expelled from the mouth in a massive stream of intense flames, after doing the Rat → Ox → Dog → Horse → Monkey → Boar → Tiger hand seals. The technique has an enourmous range and can cover a huge area. When it was used by Madara Uchiha, the massive scale of the technique was such that, in comparisson, his incomplete Susanoo seemed small. The main advantage of the technique is that it can be used to burn large areas in an effect in everything similar to a flamethrower.

As the flames clash with the tornadoes, Tobi would proceed to create his Shadow Clone as planned, with the window of time where the flames and tornadoes travel and then clash being more than enough to completely his action. As the flames continue towards him, he and the clone quickly move into action. Passively activating his Sharingan, Tobi quickly slams his hand onto the ground, creating a powerful mass of water just ahead of the fire. The water is created just high enough and just far ahead enough to fall down and clash with the fire before it can get to Tobi and the clone, quenching the weakened fire and creating a cloud of steam between them. Simultaneously as when Tobi moves to slam his hand onto the ground, the Shadow Clone creates a thin line of lightning in front of him. As the water and fire make contact, the line shatters and is launched forward in a barrage of thousands of tiny blades of lightning, cutting through the smoke screen, clearing it up, and slicing through Spectra's armor and flesh. Due to the thick steam screen and the speed of the technique, it would be extremely difficult to avoid or counter.

No way, I stated it in my move that if you continued with the shadow clone, you and the clone will be burnt immediately and since you continued, the fire burns you and your clone before you could do anything else which means I win. You are free to get a sensei's opinion if you want.

I didn't read the fight fully, just the past few moves. A bit of jutsu tennis going on but Riker broke the chain.

Here's a direct quote from your move

If this were true, you would be performing two techniques in the timeframe of one and unless one of them is passive/instant in activation, your move would fail.

Not only that but even if you could perform Stormy Blockade in time, your move would still fail. The S-Rank fire clashed with an A-Rank Wind technique (which was originally S-Rank but it was weakened by the S-Rank Lightning) and so it has the power of a strong A-Rank/weak S-Rank due to elemental strengths and weaknesses. You used a B-Rank water technique to neutralize it but that wouldn't be enough to stop the fire technique.
