She finds the staircase and cautiously heads upstairs.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas shakily follows her

The sounds of footsteps echo all around the two but still no guards were seen.

 

[Akatsukii]

"M-Mabye if we go back to where we found E-Emi there will be some indication where the others are being held."

 

[shycatgirl00]

Cassiopeia nods and heads there.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas walks closely behind her every now and then he would cautiously look back

A guard turns around the corner and sees Lucas. "Hey!"

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas jumps at the sight of the guard

"Ahh!"

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Run!" Cassiopeia flees down the hall as the guard catches up to Lucas.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas begins running as fast as he could down the hall

 

[shycatgirl00]

Two more guards appear to help the first one chase down the two.

 

[Akatsukii]

While running he loses his footing and trips over himself falling onto the ground

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Lucas!" Cassiopeia swiftly turns around to help him up but not before the guards reach them. "Hmmm.... I have a dumb idea." She sneers.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas looks to Cassiopeia nervously

"W-What is it?"

 

[shycatgirl00]

She throws him down the hallway and turns to face the guards in a fighting stance. "You go and I'll hold off the guards!"

 

[Akatsukii]

"B-But...what if they're too much for you?"

 

[shycatgirl00]

"No time to think! I told you this was a dumb plan, right? Now go!" Cassiopeia unsheathes her dual katanas and lunges at the guards.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas just nods as he turns and runs down the hallway

The sound of metal clanging against metal echoed down the hall as Lucas left.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas looks back and thinks to himself

"Please be careful..."

He continues running
