Lucas looks up at him but quickly looks back down

"I-I was looking for Emi's father,I think she's sick."

 

[shycatgirl00]

"His room is another floor up and what makes you think she's sick?" he asks while running his fingers through his shoulder-length black hair.

 

[Akatsukii]

"H-Her face was really red."

 

[shycatgirl00]

Beowulf sneers and chuckles. "You realize she might just be blushing, right?"

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas seems a bit confused

"Blushing?"

 

[shycatgirl00]

He face palms. "Blushing is something people do, usually around someone they like."

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas looks up a bit

"So she was blushing because we are friends?"

 

[shycatgirl00]

Beowulf's right eye twitches in annoyance. He didn't understand how Lucas wasn't catching on. "I'm going to point this out bluntly: Emi likes you as more than a friend."

 

[Akatsukii]

"What does that mean?"

 

[shycatgirl00]

Beowulf felt like banging his head into a wall repeatedly. "Are you serious?"

 

[Akatsukii]

"I-I'm sorry..."

 

[shycatgirl00]

"Just forget it. Hopefully Emi tells you on her own." he mumbles.

 

[Akatsukii]

"A-Alright...I'm sorry for waking you."

He walks off down the hall

Beowulf closes his door back and goes back to sleep in his bed.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas yawns and walks outside and sits on the porch

 

[shycatgirl00]

Emi slowly walks out of the medical room and looks around.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas stares off into the distance as he thinks about what Beowulf said

Emi slowly walks down the halls, humming a song.

 

[Akatsukii]

Lucas begins to slowly drift off back to sleep

When she walks outside, she almost trips over Lucas while he's sleeping.
