Agreed, Kakashi's doton is a great counter against White Rage. How fast is the underground tech out of interest? Because I know Part 1 Kabuto has the same ability and I never really looked into it.

Well Kakashi went underground in the midst of being burned alive by Itachis fireball. Kakashi is good with the hiding like a mole jutsu and can perform feints very well with it. I know Kabuto can do it as well, don't remember when he used it but I know he can.

You restricted a jutsu which requires prep and sacrifices, which by the way all his edos have been sealed. ET makes the fight one sided anyway, it's no longer a 1 v 1 and I never consider it as someone's real power since they are controlling people forcefully without their consent. Restrict kakashis dogs instead since it's both summoning. Or if you really want to take away one kamui then remove sage mode from Kabuto to make it fair.

Ruining his line of sight. Long range Kamui is actually slower warp then close range.

Kabuto can use summonings for that. Once Kakashi focuses on the target, Kabuto takes advantage.

Highest tier characters, with overwhelming feats and speedsters. Some conditions needs Kamui knowledge though.
