War between IRL countries

This forum is for naruto related battles I know...but no other place on this site does versus battles so I'm just posting it here.

So here it is. Who would win in an all out war between these countries: China vs USA? I say USA is the obvious answer, because, America...but how about you guys?

How it starts: China blockades Taiwan. USA sends 2 aircraft carriers over there, and shit hits the fan when a US plane is shot down over Taiwan. China refuses to apologize saying US invaded its airspace.

-No nuclear weapons.
-All other nations other than the 3 involved remain neutral.
-Both nations will fight until the other nations's capital is captured.

Bonus scenario 1:

Russia backs China. Great Britain and France back USA.

Bonus fight 2:

Russia vs Britain, France, and Germany

Despite media wank from each country its generally accepted that todays China,Usa or Russia can not be conquered. Agressor would be eventually be forced to retreat.

And of course you dont go all out against nuclear power country.

How does NATO and BRICS get involved with this? I mean the latter would not form a direct military alliance but the former will be relevant, i do not think they would stand there. NATO is not included in OP's conditions but realisticly it would be.

Also, where is the war occuring, where are the fronts located? There is a huge difference between fighting in mainland and kms away from it.

Most of your questions can be answered by reading the conditions. For whatever reason USA and China's allies do not get involved. The war starts over Taiwan, so I guess the South China Sea is the main front, but nothing is stopping China from sending troops over the Pacific ocean. Nothing besides the US military.
