I'm pretty sure the only Rinnegan techniques Obito is able to use is the outer path (black rods) and the Rinne Tensei jutsu.

With intel on Kamui,,, Tobirama wins this,,,

-he can use his KB and can mark his kunai (like Minato) thus placing FTG marks throughout the battlefield to therefore evade the kamui warp,,,,not only that but tobirama would never recklessly attack Obito jus by himself without any KB or FTG backup (especially now that he has intel on Kamui),,,

-He can evade all of Obitos attacks with FTG and once Obito manifests physically to attack,, Tobirama will have the speed advantage and would win the battle in quite a similar fashion as to how Minato did in canon

Why do people insist that Obito hasen't got faster since he was 13 and fought Minato? Also the Gedo Mazo pretty much destroy your entire argument.
