Neji mid diff. The Byakugan sees through the mist, therefore Zabuza can't surprise him. Even though Neji is weaker, slower and less versatile, he still wins. Bad match-up.

Also he is at the same league with Zabuza, faster, has better taijutsu and makes up his "lack" of vestaility due to his various byakugan provess and excel at taijutsu.

Part2 Neji has poor speed feats. probably his best speed feat is protecting Hinata :'(

Why would someone mention "feats" of a character he knows nothing about other than the fact that he hates the certain character?

Even part 1 Neji was proficcient in speed department.

-Naruto was leeching on Kurama's chakra, and he did not outspeed or outsmart him.
-Neji was toying Hinata, he said all of her attacks were useless.

I don't want to take this further. Again, why people make comment on things they don't know other the fact that they hate them? It's like reading KKK's opinions on black people; provides nothing on counter arguement other than blatant hatred.
Some people would always prefer to see negativity just because they hate something.

Neji takes this Mid-Diff.

Byakugan passively counters Zabuza's main Jutsu leaving him with only Suiton and Kenjutsu. Both of which won't amount to much since Neji has Zabuza sorely beat in CQC and is fast enough to interrupt Zabuza using Ninjutsu. As an example, Hakke Kūshō is fast enough to stop Suiryudan no Jutsu considering how slow Zabuza is at making the 44 seals.​
