Adding Edo won't make enough of a difference, without RDS, he doesn't have the firepower to outdo the Byakugou. Some primitive nature variations just aren't enough.

Nothing has changed, except now he has better stamina. His speed and arsenal is still the same. It would take longer for Tsunade to beat him, that's not debatable. She was able to take on 5 V3 Susanoo clones ( knock down at least 3 of them before collapsing ) and there is nothing in Hiruzen's arsenal that is superior to those clones.

What? His stamina is back at the level of his prime. He could launch 5 elemental attacks that were of extremely large scale, whereas while alive, he barely had enough chakra to use 3 Kage Bunshins because of the toll it had on his body.
-Katsuyu is one shotted with Raiton due to her 80% water composition as a slug
-Enma creates a cage around Tsunade, she can't break it with his diamond durability. She'll be open for Hiruzen's attacks, thus a single Katon and Futon can be continued indefinitely due to Hiruzen's regenerating chakra.
