Gaara can create a desert and literally have the landscape under his control. None of the Taka apart from Sasuke, via his hawk, which can be intercepted by sand that has speed to catch Deidara's bird. I don't remember the hawk having any speed feat on air, so it's completely invalid. The sand would catch all of the Taka. [

] Sasuke maybe able to react, but he is a geographic disadvantage. Sand Coffin annhilates Juugo and Karin, leaving Sasuke at a disadvantage of healing lacking; Karin is the one who heals him after all. Suigetsu would survive due to his water properties, but Sand Pyramid seals him. Sasuke's lack of legged Susanoo would leave him open for sand to catch underground and then buried. Amatersu and Enton have been canonically countered by basic shield, so they are irrelevant. Genjutsu is useless against a long-range fighter, who developed eye-contact avoidance and Third Eye, which is mystically separated from Gaara's brain. There is no such thing in Sasuke's arsenal called Legged Susanoo or Perfect Susanoo, due to the lack of Kurama's Chakra, which he doesn't have unless Naruto transfer. Even if you, OP, gave him this fan-fic condition, he still loses. Gaara wins mid difficulty.
