I'll say mid diff being completely serious. Mid-high diff is too high. Suigetsu shat his pants at Hashirama flexing his chakra, Jugo is on that same level and V4 Susanoo is complete fodder for techniques like Hotei (full Kurama sized hands) in combination with Jukai Kotan and Kajukai Korin.

EMS Sasuke will wind up on his own, and will be subdued when Hashirama lays on enough pressure.

Hashirama wins with pollen forest gg, You saw the size madara made, hashirama the original can definitely make a forest that draws that he doesnt need a dragon to hold sasuke's susanoo down he can just use the forest's limbs the other members aren't even worth mentioning besides suigetsu liquefying karin and juugo die easily. Sasuke is the only one who survives the original forest being created along with suigetsu being liquified. Then he blooms the forest and sasuke and suigetsu get poisoned and die, they have no attacks capable of taking out the flowers fast enough
