Rasengan is more than enough to kill each of them in one shot, and his ability in CQC far surpasses them both. Sawarabi no Mai is evaded, the rest is overpowered with Rasengan except maybe Jugo's energy beam, which can also simply be evaded as long as it's not at point blank range.

Edo Kimmi was able to avoid a FRS anyway. I fail to see how Naruto is going to land punches to Kimmi when he can sprout bones from anywhere he attempts to land a hit. Even then Naruto is not breaking bones (bar Cho Rasegan which gets avoided). If Ghost punch lands, Kimmi's bone structure should still be able to reduce any viable damage to continue fighting. Then theres bone forest, which the only way to escape is to move upwards in the air, but spells death when he comes back down.
