--Susanoo gets busted with COFRS or atleast damaged enough to allow naruto to eradicate it with the following FRS, its attacks such as YM, and totsuka are also evaded by naruto
--Genjutsu is coutnered with partner method and naruto can reduce its probability through shadow clones

Naruto wins 60/40 times , he can evade the MS and can outblast susano with FRS and outlast with mass clone rasencollection spam.
On the flip side if this fight were to happen itachi has the smarts to pull this off.
