V2 bee low diff in s1. His cloak can probably tank all her attacks bar the super punch that requires big momentum and probably Katsuya acid. But He can easily evade all her attacks and land his own.
BM Bee stomps in S2. Base Bee is a better match up.

I made a similar hypothesis regarding Twin Lion fist coming into direct contact with Sakura's limbs , but wouldn't Samehaba require the Chakra of the enemy being external like here?

yeah she may win against base B since distance is 100 m

but it also depends on speed , base B can dash to get close to her before she manages to perform the strike , so I don't know ,

if the two were close to each other , then base B takes it , but if the two were from a far distance from each other , then the win goes for Sakura

B is fast , but I don't think he is that fast , he probably wont be able to run 100m before Sakura perform the strike

well , good point . but if she were to get close to B , she would get blitzed , so there is no need to drain her chakra in the first place
