You're correct. But since the cool down time is ten years, and Itachi died when he was 23, it would actually make perfect sense that Itachi used it, because he was given the crow when he was 13 (the year of the Uchiha massacre). It was canonically stated that Shisui's MS would wear off after used, yet Itachi received his eye in the form of its MS; it's common sense the Itachi could use KA. All that's left to know is how and who he used it on. Plot-hole.

I should also note that Itachi awoke Tsukuyomi, Amaterasu, and Susano'o all in one night. That's some crazy shit.

According to holy eyes when he got it he could use it. But used it prior to giving it to naruto. So your window would be a short time between:
A)shisui giving it to him
To
B) short time after the massacre

He as in who? Shisui? Shisui's death happened over 10 years ago. Prior to the massacre. So there isn't a problem there
He as in itachi? Itachi gave it to naruto deactivated. Hence it being 3t.

False. He used kamui as his opener/opening technique against obito..
Actually summoning is 3 seals and a small amount of blood. U not seeing all 3 in that scan is a testament of edo itachi's skill not massacre itachi.
