Kabuto and Kisame definitely win. Muki Tensei blocks all Kamui attempts (including attempts at White Rage itself when it's released) and White Rage blinds Kakashi and Jiraiya allowing Kabuto to finish them off with a follow up Muki Tensei. Outside of Kamui the duo has nothing threatening here.

-Jiraiya's elemental Ninjutsu are food for Samehada, and even if they hit Kabuto he'd regen/oral rebirth. Though he could most likely just dodge.

-Kakashi's jutsu are even weaker than Jiraiya's. Food for Samehada and they can't put Kabuto down.

Kabuto can literally control the entire immediate battlefield with Muki Tensei. His team wins with ease.

Team1 wins .in order for Muki Tension to block kamui ,it needs to have much faster execution speed than Kamui's to make up for the time that kabuto would take to react .even if we assumed that kabuto's reaction time is instant(impossible) ,then Muki Tension will still need to have execution speed faster than kamui which is obviously not the case .Muki Tensi requires molding chakra (people think that kamui and amatrasu are the only jutsu that needs molding chakra ,even shunshin requires concentration of chakra in the feet) ,performing the hand seals while kamui requires just building chakra up to the eye which by feats is much faster than one reacting ,molding chakra and performing hand seals .
You can't block kamui with a jutsu with a much slower execution.
kamui snipes either one of Team 2 ,then it would be 2 vs 1 who can still be sniped as well .

DSM Kabuto and Kisame win, but side note question. What if Samehada absorb Jiraiya's Senjutsu? Would it turn Samehada to stone or no? It's basicaly a sword that's eats all kinds of chakra including Bijuu chakra, so would it like to have NE/Senjutsu as well?
