Well, you should specify war arc kakashi cause DMS Kakashi can solo the fodders in less than one second.
We know kid Itachi solo glanced Orofodder. And he solo totsuka bladed him when he was near death.(this shows us orofodder has no idea what the solo king is capable of and has no power to stop him)
Tsunade's head is gone at the start of the fight via Kamui (war arc Kakashi was really proficient at using Kamui.)
Jiraiya is strong but doesnt stand a chance against these two specially when his fodder teammates got soloed in 1 sec.
Giving sharingan duo a full eyesight is even more of an overkill. In the series Kakashi only lost a fight to solo King itachi and 6pop.(he couldnt use kamui efficiently. After that he even tricked Obito with his kamui). War arc kakashi is x9999 more powerful than previous Kakashi.
And giving full eye sight to the solo king? Did you lose your mind? Itachi is the only character in series who won EVERY FIGHT he has been. Danzo and Obito were so afraid that they did not take action against Sasuke and Konoha when sick Itachi was alive.
And hashi cells make no difference for Oro. Kid Itachi soloed him with a simple sharingan genjutsu. Hashi cells wont let him break the almigthy tsukuyomi. Do not make me start talking about Susanoo , Izanami or even Izanagi. The things I ve mentioned are enough to neg diff the fodders+ Jiraiya. Oro is a total fodder without ET. He wont have the time to cast ET since he is up against Itachi. And if he learnt anything from the previous two fights he should just suicide to prevent being tortured. Tsunade is not a fodder specially when it comes to healing and supporting team but she is faced with the worst match up she could ask for. She has no answer to Kamui. Jiraiya needs SM to put up a good fight but he wont have the chance to enter SM.
In all seriousness though, Oro and Tsunade's main advantage is their immortality and this doesnt matter against the sharingan duo.
