Naruto was moving at top speed, in the page earlier than what I've posted Kakashi eve says that the timing of the Kamui is absolutely crucial. Also Kamui is instant and falls under s/t so it'll always be faster than the rest Lol

How can you avoid something that is instant? You can try to avoid eyesight, but avoiding an instant warp? Nope. Yes it was Naruto intended to get warp, but Kakashi is the one who had to get the timing right with his attack. When you have an instant teleporter by your side who can help you to attack the enemy easily from the other side, it's obvious that you would think about teaming-up with him to hit the enemy. Doesn't mean that if he wanted he would have dodge a warp. Only mean that Naruto knows how to use his teammates capacities to his advantage. But we've seen a panel before, and he was going at high speed dodging Obito's stake, so it's not as if he was immobile, yet Kakashi warped him fast
