That's the gokage fight. You will have to remember that was Edo madara not at full power. When he was back to life legged susanoo was bigger. There is no proof that extra chakra makes for bigger susanoo. If it did, like I said sasuke's susanoo would have been bigger when he added senjutsu

Shukaku can certainly tear off a piece of his body like the Juubi did, but the fact remains that he'll be suffering more damage than the Juubi did.

Amaterasu is more focused and is the ignition of the flames and uses more chakra overall which makes it stronger.
