Firstly,gaara can restrain it,he has done so before to a v3 susanoo and with little sand.Here he has oceans of sand to use.While restrained he can seal or sink him and keep him there until he suffocates.The susanoo might be legged but what use is it if it cant use it?Quicksand prison would pin the legs.The more you struggle the faster you sink.

Sasuke cant breach his defence with his susanoo. Gaara has blocked meteors and susanoo swords with just a small amount of sand,this is a desert. Sasuke isnt doing a thing.

Chakra goes to gaara easily.Thus sasuke is outlasted

His only hope kirin,cant be done in a desert as there is no moisture at all in a desert and it is naturally hot.So heating up the air is a waste of time

Your speed proof is fail. Sasuke was faster in the ce arc,by the sra arc the sand kept up with kimi who shits on sasuke in speed. Sasuke could not even hit madara in base,gaara hit him as a sage.
Susanoo is not affected by the amount of chakra one has. Itachi has poor chakra yet his susanoo is just like sasuke's. Sasuke made a v4 susanoo at low chakra against kakashi. To top it off,Madara had unlimited chakra,so dividing his chakra wont do a thing.
